JARRD provides technology that connects customers and businesses with independent delivery partners. By using our app, website, or services, you agree to use them lawfully and respectfully.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location.
Bookings and payments
Prices and estimated arrival times are shown before you confirm a request. Final prices may vary when the route, waiting time, tolls, or service details change.
Payment is due through the method selected at checkout. You may cancel a request, although a reasonable cancellation fee may apply when a partner has already accepted or travelled towards it.
Partner services
JARRD delivery partners are responsible for accepting and completing delivery requests with care and in line with applicable laws. JARRD may match, reassign, pause, or decline requests to protect service quality and safety.
Items sent through JARRD must be legal, safely packaged, and accurately described. Restricted or dangerous items may not be transported.
Safety and conduct
Everyone using JARRD must treat customers, partners, support staff, and members of the public with respect. Threats, harassment, discrimination, fraud, and unsafe behavior are not permitted.
If you feel unsafe, end the trip when possible and contact local emergency services first. JARRD support can help with follow-up and incident reporting.
Changes and limits
We may update these terms as JARRD grows. When a material change affects your use of the service, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
To the extent allowed by law, JARRD is not responsible for indirect losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
