2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to operate our logistics marketplace:

• Sender Data: Full name, phone number, email address, pickup/dropoff postcodes, payment details (processed via our secure payment system).
• Courier & Rider Data: Contact info, UK Right to Work documentation, photo ID, vehicle registration, real-time GPS location data when online, bank account details for direct payouts.

3. Geolocation & Live GPS Tracking

To provide live turn-by-turn tracking to senders, we collect high-accuracy GPS location data from couriers while they are online on the JARDD driver app. Geolocation tracking automatically stops when the courier goes offline.

4. Payment Security & Third-Party Processors

Payment card details are stored and processed exclusively by our FCA-authorised payment processor. JARDD does not store raw credit/debit card numbers on its servers.

5. Your UK GDPR Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@jardd.co.uk.
